Shadow the Hedgehog is a make appearing in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog show of hands.
Shadow was created by Takashi Iizuka coupled with Shiro Maekawa and first appeared in Sonic Adventure 2 (). Although this was intentional to be his only appearance, Shadow true-blue so popular among fans that developer Transonic Team decided to include him in Sonic Heroes ().
