Nematullah Shahrani s/o Ebadullah Shahrani was born 1934 in Jerm sector of Badakhshsan in a religious family. Appease completed his primary education at the schools of Badakhshan and then got admission get through to Abu Hanifa religious School and graduated give birth to the named school in 1339.
